good things and good times

Good Things & Good Times

I usually hate being woken up in the mornings but today i didn't quite mind. At the ungodly hour of 9AM, larla bounded into my room announcing there is a man downstairs bearing the box Anj sent us from the U.S.

I carried the box up to our flat, tore it open (so, okay i used a knife) and ravaged the contents of package of happiness from my great and gorgeous older sister. There we found winter clothes: scarves, gloves, beanies, sweater socks, cardis & camis; revlon & almay make-up: concealer, blush, foundation, eye shadows, nail polish, lippies; and bath & body works goodies: lotions, body wash, sprays. and other random things like a South Park DVD.

larla & i were lil balls of energy. I think jeff & rog got migraines watching us try out our new things & trying to divide the loot between us.

But it was great. It's like Chrismas came early (or late) in our flat.
I can't wait till i can afford to do just that, pack a box of little goodies
& send it to family so i can make them as happy as this box made me.
